Now you can measure straight from the bottle faster and easier than ever. With your feedback we were able to make several key improvements as follows:
1. CassCaps 2.0 has a slicker design and smaller diameter, fitting better in spice drawers and on racks.
2. CassCaps 2.0 work very well with many fine, flaky, and “fleur de sel” type sea salts, including Celtic Sea Salt ®, Maldon Sea Salt Flakes ®, among many others. Sea salt can be used in any recipe calling for salt, so this is huge, even if we still do not recommend using CassCaps with ordinary (very finely ground) table salt!
3. We now sell a “CassCaps only” option in sets of 6 caps, saving considerable money when only wanting to use CassCaps on existing spice jars or premium brands such as Morton & Bassett and several others onto which CassCaps fit perfectly.
4. We made using CassCaps easier than ever, eliminating the selector button, so now you just flip and twist in ¼ tsp increments.
5. Our new “Quick Transfer Funnel” makes filling your jars effortless, with no mess. It comes in handy for all sorts of things in the kitchen and it is now made in the USA along with your CassCaps!
6. Each kit now includes 60 different ingredient labels which still hold fast through washing but are easier to peel off if needing to change one out.
7. CassCaps 2.0 fit better, screwing easily onto the bottle with a continuous thread.
8. Adjustments to the mechanism allow ingredients to flow more smoothly, no longer requiring any extra taps for finely ground spices like Turmeric.
